The SYMCRAFT Project Gains Momentum – Poster Presentations and Invitations for Summer 2026

April 2026 was a particularly busy month for the EU Interreg project SYMCRAFT in terms of public relations and dissemination: the project was represented with poster presentations at two high-profile events—and received a very positive response from the professional community.

Best of Talents – April 21, 2026

At the "Best of Talents " event, the IAGF team presented the SYMCRAFT project to an audience of national stakeholders through a poster presentation. The event provided an ideal setting for expert discussions and outreach activities: More than 120 representatives from industry and the skilled trades took the opportunity to learn about the current status of the project regarding recycled materials and the circular economy.

Time 4 Clay & Lime – April 29, 2026

Just a few days later, we were able to further promote the SYMCRAFT project through a poster presentation—this time as part of the Time4Clay & Lime expert discussion organized by the IAGF at the Kartause Mauerbach, the training center of the Federal Monuments Office. With a focus on sustainability, some 50 participants discussed the potential of natural building materials. 

Strong interest and invitations for the Haslach Textile Center

Both presentations generated a great deal of interest. Particularly encouraging: During the events, invitations were extended to the 2026 summer training sessions at the Textile Center Haslach (TZH). There, interested participants from various disciplines will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with recycled and upcycled materials. Interested?
