Project partner meeting in Gdańsk in September 2025

The EU project "Old labor virtues for shaping the working world of tomorrow" is taking shape. After intensive research, the first study results are now available.

In September 2025, eight project partners from six countries met in Gdańsk to discuss findings from three key areas:

• the needs of Generation Z,
• traditional work ethic, which is becoming more important today
• as well as results from Europe-wide interviews on the topics of the project.

This content will now be discussed and further developed in focus groups with companies, employees, and young people.

The aim is to develop an innovative training tool that helps entrepreneurs better understand the needs of the younger generation and consciously revive traditional work values in everyday business life.
