SYMCRAFT: Successful kick-off of the EU project in Treviso lays the foundation for cooperation
On September 18 and 19, 2024, the kick-off meeting of the EU Interreg project SYMCRAFT took place in Treviso. On these two days, all project partners came together to discuss the goals and challenges of the project.
An introductory round of presentations by the partners was followed by intensive discussions on the central topics of the project. In particular, the focus was on the definition of craftsmanship, which forms a solid basis for further work. In addition, previous, relevant projects were presented in order to identify synergies and learn from each other.
Another important focus was on the organization of project management and quality monitoring. Clear structures and mechanisms were developed to monitor the progress of the project and ensure the high quality of the results.
At the end of the meeting, the participants looked to the future and discussed modern communication strategies to drive the project forward successfully. Specific next steps were defined to ensure both the success of the project and long-term, successful collaboration between the partners.
With these groundbreaking results and a clear roadmap, the SYMCRAFT project has a promising future ahead of it.
